Don’t start this stuff! If you are using it now, throw it away. Tell someone. I got over my withdrawals by telling my friend my problem.
I packed my stuff and went to his house for a week. You will shake, cry, sweat, diarrhea, etc. But the more you smoke, the more severe withdrawals. The longer you wait, the harder it will be. You have to dedicate yourself.
You need to go out every day and make yourself drained to wear; you don’t have time to think about it. You have to take multiple showers. Drink lots of Gatorade or anything with electrolytes.
The central part is staying focused. Create a mindset… Tell yourself you would rather die than let that stuff control every aspect of your life. Stop now, or it will get more serious. I’ve seen people stop after smoking grams a day.
They get numb. They don’t sleep. They can’t there face or legs. This is only temporary. Fight through it.
