I am still a long term weed smoker. I ended up with a job working in a head shop a few years back. One day, I took some spice to my home when I could not get my hands on “real” weed. It was a beginning of a little love affair with spice.
Over the next year or so, I certainly did battle with spice addiction. I certainly did experience health problems, mostly stomach pains and constipation.
The Foggy head was defiantly a big issue, and this would take a long time to remove. After a while, though I had realized my mistake. This stuff is more akin to opiates and just requires the same kind of respect.
Very moderate use will not be a problem for those who are drug savvy but put simply. I don’t advise using spice. Not all of us, even the drug savvy have enough will power to use then discontinue use at our own will.
There are long term withdrawals from spice, so it’s important to stay on top of dosage and tolerance as these are the two buggers that will get you every time.
It’s simple really if you get codeine over the counter, the box will say no more than three days continuous use due to the risk of addiction. Treat your spice in this manner, and you will be okay.
I thought I should post a more realistic and less reactionary cautionary tale.
