I have a grandson that used Spice (K2) resulting in fits of hallucinations, paranoia, depression, suicidal tendency and aggression.
While suffering from these symptoms he took his mother’s life by choking her. After his arrest, he claims he does not remember his actions that day.
He was charged with 2nd-degree murder, after accepting a plea. The court did not consider his mental state during the commission of the crime.
He is now serving a 30-year sentence and has been medically treated at the prison for symptoms of K2.
Are these lifelong symptoms, that need to be continuously treated? Or can the user lead a healthy life without treatment after the individual has kicked the habit?
Also, do you know of any other capital cases that may help me in his defense?
