Hi all, my story with this disgusting spice started about 2 years ago now
A weed smoker for some 25 years previous, drug testing was being trialed at my workplace
Obviously, I had to quit rather sharpish, so that’s when I walked into my first headshop to try this spice.
WHAT A BIG MISTAKE
After heading home excited at this small bag with smiley face on the front, I just paid 30 pounds
I rolled a single skin like joint and had my first experience with so called legal high.
Just 3 draws from this poison sent me to my knees – thought I was dying, having a heart attack.
After 30 mins, I came round after a near death experience.
“No way”, I said. “I’m never touching that shit again”.
What a stupid lie to myself that was.
The next day, I couldn’t stop looking at the bag and convincing myself to try another
What a fool!!
Now, 2 years down the line, my life has been really messed up with this shit.
I’ve lost friends and loved ones.
I have lost 30 lbs in weight.
Before I lose my job through this poison, I’ve decided to quit cold turkey.
Here’s what I’m going through:
Terrible hot and cold sweats.
No appetite, sick, very tearful.
The worst I’m finding is, no sleep.
Days 2, 3
Pretty much the same really.
Withdrawals now making me shake inside. Taking Benadryl to try and relieve that.
Still can’t keep anything down.
Awoke after best sleep in days – 5 whole hours.
Starting to feel slightly human. Shaking inside seems to be less than it was, but still no appetite and very nauseous.
That terrible feeling of anxiety has seemed to diminish, slightly.
Again, maybe 5 hours sleep.
Appetite seems to better, ate some chicken pieces today and some soup
Still feeling exhausted tho, climbing the stairs is a real pain, and stomach cramps and twitches won’t seem to go.
Day 6 (where I am now)
Best sleep of the week, a full 6 hours.
Stomach cramps and at times comical twitches are definitely easing with taking the Benadryl.
I really hope that I have gone through the worst of this now, and I can start to see light at the end of tunnel.
I hope this helps, cause it sure did help me
Stay strong, and best of luck everyone.
PS: 15 gram of spice a week for 2 years – if I can do it, any one can
